We limit returns to 30 days for exchange or refund for defective merchandise. Non-defective returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee and shipping fees to and from the customer will be the responsibility of the customer unless noted otherwise, such as our free shipping offers. Returns of products where free shipping was offered at the point of sale will be charged the shipping fee if returned for a refund.
Also, we cannot accept non-defective returns for a refund on products that are used or “tested” on the face, body or mouth. These products include but are not limited to: Flowbee, Genisphere, Shavers and Trimmers, etc. These items have often been most subject to return abuse where a customer where uses them and then sends back for a refund without legitimate cause.
Open box returns and refurbished items have a final sale, no returns policy.
All of the Kyle’s Sea Krafts resin toilet seats have a final sale, no returns policy due to past return abuse.
Rockabye Rockers (baby rockers) can be returned for exchanges only – no refunds.
Inspection reminder: UPS 7 day inspection period: When you receive your rocker, please be sure to inspect it to make sure that it was not damaged in shipment. You have 7 days from delivery to contact UPS to claim damages in shipment or to contact us for any non-shipping related issues. UPS will pick up any damaged shipment that is reported to UPS. Please also let us know when this has been done so we can arrange to send out a replacement.
If there is a defective issue unrelated to the shipping, contact us immediately and we will exchange it for the same style or for a similarly priced baby rocker or have a replacement sent out. Shipping fees to and from the customer will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Time and Delivery
Kyles Sea Krafts and Buggy Whip seats are handmade-to-order items, that typically take 2 to 3 weeks for completion. Orders ship out within 1-2 days and are delivered within 5-10 business days by either DHL, Fedex, UPS or USPS.
Rockabye baby rockers are processed and shipped 4-5 business days (due to high demand) by UPS. Christmas deadlines stated are at 11AM Eastern time of day posted.
You should receive a confirmation email right after you ordered if a valid email address was entered with the order. You will receive another confirmation once your order has shipped as well as a tracking number.
Please note: We currently only ship within the United States. Rates given are for continental United States only.
Shipping Costs: Shipping is based on the total weight of the order + a base cost. Shipping can be calculated by clicking the buy buttons for each product. You are presented with Economy, UPS 2nd Day and 3rd day shipping rates, which you can choose from later.
In most cases the shipping fees calculated will be accurate. However, some shipping locations or if ordering more than one Animal/Rockabye rocker may have higher shipping rates, or will be higher if more than one Animal/Rockabye rocker is ordered, or if an item is sent from a separate warehouse… If either is the case, you will be contacted before shipping to approve of any additional shipping fees before processing your order.

Over the phone: You may call in your order to us. However, it is better to enter your order online first so that way there is less chance of us getting the order information incorrect. You may order online and select the “call for credit card payment” option. After you have submitted the order you may simply call us at 802-735-2149 and provide us the credit card number if you don’t wish to give it online. Or, we will call you for payment within 24-48 hours if you don’t call us first.

You can purchase JLRyan.com gift certificates in increments of $10, $25, $50, and $100. All gift certificates are delivered via e-mail-there are no printed gift certificates.
Gift certificates can be used for purchasing items from our web site.
There are no shipping charges or taxes on gift certificates. Shipping and sales tax will be charged on the items purchased when the certificate is redeemed. Gift certificates can not be applied towards shipping charges and taxes.
Purchasing a gift certificate

2. Go through the checkout process as usual and we will receive the usual confirmation email. Within 24 hours afterwards, you will receive the Gift Certificate code, for which you can email with your personal message.
Note: Gift certificates are not refundable. Our Gift Certificate’s do not expire, they can be used at any time.
Redeeming a gift certificate
1. Select the items you wish to purchase.
2. When you’re ready to place your order, click checkout.
3. Above the totals table is a blank to enter your gift certificate code. Enter it there and click “Enter Gift Certificate Code”. The amount of the Gift Certificate will be taken off the order subtotal.
